Además de dar a conocer la fecha de lanzamiento de Drakengard 3, Square Enix también detalló los bonos de preventa y el contenido de la Edición de Colección que estará limitada a 5,000 unidades.
Drakengard 3 llegará exclusivamente a PlayStation 3 el próximo 20 de mayo, con distintas ventanas para adquirir los — aún por darse a conocer — bonos de preventa; quienes aparten cualquiera de las dos ediciones del título antes de 4 de marzo recibirán el DLC con las voces en japonés y dos bonos por darse a conocer. Quienes lo aparten entre el 4 de marzo y el 8 de abril recibirán solo los dos bonos que están por anunciarse, y quienes lo aparten entre el 9 de abril y el 20 de mayo solo recibirán uno de los bonos.
La Edición de Colección, que solo podrá adquirirse en la tienda en línea de Square Enix por $80 USD, contiene los tres bonos de preventa (DLC de voz más los dos por anunciarse), la novela completa, un CD con extractos de la banda sonora, un DLC precuela, un DLC con el traje de Caim del Drakengard original, un DLC con un sombrero para la mascota dragón, y un poster coleccionable del juego.

LOS ANGELES (Feb. 5, 2014) – Square Enix, Inc., the publisher of SQUARE ENIX® interactive entertainment products in the Americas, today announced that action role-playing game (RPG) Drakengard®3 will be released on May 20, 2014 in North America, exclusively for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system.
Square Enix also announced the Drakengard 3 Standard Edition / Collector’s Edition Pre-Order Incentive Program begins today, with pre-order bonuses available through specially-timed, three tier pre-order windows.
– Tier One: players who place their pre-order from today through March 3 will receive a special Japanese voiceover DLC and automatically unlock the two yet-to-be-announced bonuses;
– Tier Two: from March 4 to April 8, pre-ordering the game will unlock the two remaining unannounced bonuses;
– Tier Three: from April 9 until launch, players will receive the final unannounced locked bonus only.
Players must pre-order Drakengard 3 before March 4 to receive all three special pre-order bonuses.
Drakengard 3 Collector’s Edition is limited to 5,000 copies and includes:

· The Complete Novella
